1.4319 Stainless Steel Strip Coil
This model has higher strength after cold working. It can be used to make railway vehicles, conveyor belts, bolts and nuts.
1) 1.4319 stainless steel strip is a kind of metastable austenitic stainless steel, which has a completely austenitic structure under the condition of full solution.
2) Among austenitic stainless steels, 1.4319 is the most easily strengthened by cold deformation. Cold deformation can increase the strength and hardness of the steel and retain sufficient plasticity and toughness. In addition, this steel has good properties under atmospheric conditions. It has good rust resistance, but it has poor corrosion resistance in reducing media and poor corrosion resistance in chemical media such as acid, alkali and salt. Therefore, it is not recommended for use in harsh environments.
3) 1.4319 is mainly used in cold working state to withstand higher loads, and it is hoped to reduce equipment weight and rust-free equipment parts. In addition, this steel is prone to work hardening when impacted by an external force, which can absorb more impact energy, which will provide more reliable safety guarantees for equipment and personnel.
